Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Eligible: Manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
Not Eligible: Misuse, pet damage, or sale items.
If the issue is our error, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, customers cover shipping costs.
Unboxing video is required for all claims. Claims without a continuous unboxing video will not be accepted.
