4. ShippingDelivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.
Risk of loss transfers once the order is handed to the carrier.
5. ReturnsReturns are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].
Used pet toys cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
6. Intellectual PropertyAll website content belongs to Little Friends Shop.
Our store operates on the Shopify platform.
7. Limitation of LiabilityProducts and Services are provided “as is.”
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
